After browsing our selection of hatboxes and choosing a design, simply add this to your basket. You will be guided through the buying process such as entering your delivery and payment details, but if you do encounter any difficulty, please contact us and we will be happy to assist

Please place your order before 4PM and at least three days before your required delivery date.

If you cannot find exactly what you are looking for, or would like to discuss ordering something bespoke, we would be delighted to help. Please call to discuss your requirements or send us message at [email protected]

Once you have placed your order, you can contact us to change the message, date and address no later than 24 hours before your chosen delivery date. You may not be able to change the details if the flowers are already out for delivery, but we will always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Once you have placed your order, you can contact us to cancel it no later than 24 business hours before your chosen delivery date. If a lesser period of notice is given, we will only give a refund if we have not started preparation of your order at the time notice is given.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please double check your junk folder. You may need to mark us a ‘safe sender’ to ensure all future emails are directed to your Inbox. If it is still not there, you may have entered your email address incorrectly at the time of placing your order in which case please contact us and we will rectify this for you.

If you have specific instructions for delivery, please enter this information in the ‘special instructions’ box below the delivery address fields.

During checkout you will be presented with the calendar. The sunset delivery date will be selected for you. If you would prefer an alternate delivery date simply select day required.

When placing an order online, you will be given the opportunity to enter a personal message during checkout in ORDER NOTES filed. If ordering by email, be sure to include your notecard message within the body of your email.

Your message will be handwritten on a high-quality paper and placed in an envelope which will be securely attached to your order.

Our flowers arrive in one of our signature BOX OF FLOWERS velour hatboxes. The arrangement will be packed for transport in one of our custom shipping boxes. Opening our premium boxes, releasing the amazing scent and seeing the stunning flowers for the first time is a key part of the unique experience of receiving luxury flowers from Box Of Flowers. The flowers and foliage are arranged in pre-watered Oasis and supplemented with flower food to arrive fresh and to ensure they last as possible. The presentation hatbox is supplied with its lid, so it can be kept as a lovely and useful keepsake long after the flowers have faded. Some of the flowers will be delivered in bud to guarantee that the arrangement remains lovely for longer. Please wait one to two days past the arrival date to see them in their fully open, finest state.

Everything: flowers, handwritten note, suede hatbox, care instructions and a gift message. The only thing not included is delivery. This is because some of our customers prefer to collect their bouquets from our workshop.

Where possible we try to deliver the key flowers in your arrangement ‘in bud’ so you may enjoy them opening and for longer. The actual length of time the bouquet will remain fresh is dependent upon many factors such as the temperature and humidity of the room in which they are displayed and how well they are cared for. We would expect our bouquets in normal conditions to remain beautiful for a minimum of 5 days.

  • Keep the oasis moist, add 50ml of water between the flowers every 1-2 days.
  • Be careful to only water around the centre of the oasis, keep your hatbox dry.
  • Place your hatbox in a cool, dry place to keep the arrangement fresh for longer.
  • Do not place in direct sunlight or close to fires or radiators.
  • Use the hatbox as a keepsake or decorative storage after the flowers are gone.

Due to the nature of our fresh flowers, there may be occasions where we must substitute them. If this happens, we will always endeavour to choose the next closest colour or variety. If we feel that the colour is very different or need to choose a different product entirely, we will always alert you in advance of your delivery. Please also note that appropriate substitutions may be made when flowers are reaching the end of their season.

Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns on these products.

We accept Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards and PayPal. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
